In this article, the authors study the combined effects of impreciseness and delays on the dynamics of two-species competitive model with interval biological parameters. Sufficient criteria for the existence, local and global asymptotic stability of the unique positive equilibrium are established,respectively. In the end, the authors present a specific example and its numerical simulations to substantiate our analytical results. The main ideas come from the works of \textit{D. Pal} et al. [Comput. Appl. Math. 37, No. 3, 3145--3171 (2018; Zbl 1401.92163)].
