    In this article, author has discussed an explicit saturating set consisting of eigen-functions of Stokes operator in 3D cylinders using Lion's boundary conditions for the Navier-Stoke equation. Author claimed that the existence of saturating sets itseld implies the approximate controllability for Navier-Stokes equation in 3D cylinders. Final remark in the form of the conclusion is very useful for the future work.
