Given a standard complex semisimple Poisson Lie group G, it is well known that the standard holomorphic multiplicative Poisson structure on G is invariant under left and right translation by the maximal torus. In this paper, the author obtains natural generalizations of (double) Bruhat cells. A construction of local Poisson groupoids over mixed product Poisson structure is also given.
