In this paper, the authors studied the constructive sufficient conditions for the nonexistence, existence and multiplicity results for Dirichlet BVPs with the fractional Laplacian. By using topological Krasnosel'skii Fixed Point Theorem combined with analytic analysis of the properties of the fractional Laplace operator enabling the proper definition of the cone invariant under the action of the inverse of the fractional Laplace operator
