In this paper Cauchy problem for fractional Camassa-Holm equation is studied. The local well-posedness in Besov space is proved for this problem. The analyticity of the Cauchy problem is investigated based on a contraction type argument in a suitably chosen scale of the Banach spaces. The establishment of conservation law and a blow-up criterion are presented as well.
