    Curves with affine-congruent arcs, called enics, are defined in an affine coordinate system by the formulas \[\overrightarrow{r}=(t,t^2,t^3,\dots,t^k,0,0,\dots,0),\quad t\in \mathbb{R}, \quad k=1,\dots,n. \] In this paper, considering an \(n\)-dimensional affine space, the author demonstrates that enics are the only nondegenerate curves in the class of \(C^n\)-smooth curves every two oriented arcs of which are affine congruent. The proof is reduced to a system of functional-differential equations.
