The author studies the long-term behavior of the dynamics generated by rough differential equations with Hölder driving noises. The existence and upper semi-continuity of the global pullback attractor for certain dissipative systems with noises is proved. Further, it is shown that if one starts with a strictly disspative system, then the random attractor is a singleton if the perturbations possess sufficiently small noise intensity.
