The authors study a parabolic-elliptic system of chemotaxis with two chemicals: a chemoattractant and a chemorepellent in the whole plane \(\mathbb R^2\). They identify a critical value of mass under which \(L^1\) solutions are global-in-time and bounded in \(L^\infty\) as \(t\to \infty\).
