The author introduces the concepts of a generalized \(p\)-order Clarke-like set and a generalized \(p\)-order graphical derivative of a set-valued operator. These notions are used to estimate its modulus of Hölder metric regularity. The main result says that this modulus is bounded above by the upper limit of the inner norm of the inverse of the generalized graphical derivative.
