In this paper, the author, first, calculate the asymptotic formulas for eigenfunctions of a Hill's equation with symmetric single-well potential under periodic and semi-periodic boundary conditions. Later on, the author determines the asymptotics of Green's function related to Hill's equation with estimates imposed on the eigenfunctions.
