The present paper is devoted to extend some results about \(\ell _{p}\)-factorable operators to \(E\)-factorable operators. The author establish some characterizations of these operators elicited from the \(\ell _{p}\) case [\textit{A. Pietsch}, Operator ideals. Amsterdam - New York - Oxford: North-Holland Publishing Company (1980; Zbl 0434.47030)]. Also, show that some collections of \(E\)-factorable operators are (quasi) Banach operator ideals and find the surjective hull and injective hull of the quasi normed operator ideal of \(E\)-factorable operators.
