In a previous work, the author gave lower estimates for the lengths of the shortest non-zero vectors for almost all lattices in certain families in dimension 4 which built on previous work done by Friese in dimension 3. In this work, the author gives an improved estimate for the cardinality of the set of lattices for which these results do not hold. Further results are given to aid in the dimension 5 case.
