Generalized opinion dynamics model for social trust networks (Q2091116)

This paper studies generalized opinion dynamics model for social trust networks. A generalized opinion model is developed to calculate individual's expressed opinion and solve specific problems in opinion maximization including the internal opinion problem and the expressed opinion problem. A confidence index is introduced depending on one's social status and the evaluation of one's predecessors. Based on the theory of diagonally dominant and Fridekin-Johnsen model, the analytical solution is established in the generalized opinion dynamics model when the Nash equilibrium is reached. A mature optimization algorithm is examined with a special form derived from the algorithm-\(l_1\) regulation.
