An optimal control problem for the system of two parabolic and an ordinary differential equation modeling chemotaxis-haptotaxis phenomena is studied in two-dimensional bounded domains. First, strong solutions of the initial-boundary value problem are studied, then the control problem is considered, and existence, regularity of Lagrange multipliers is established.
