The authors introduce the density of points by using a matrix $A$ which is generated by a weight function. ($A$ may not be a regular matrix.) This concept is a much more general form of the spliced sequences which have been introduced by \textit{J.~A. Osikiewicz} [Rocky Mt. J. Math. 35, No.~3, 977--996 (2005; Zbl 1080.40001)].
