In this paper, authors have discussed the generalised \(\psi\)-Hilfer fractional Sobolev type system and its approximate controllability backward perturbed integro-differential equations with \(\psi\)-fractional non local conditions in a Hilbert space under the assumption that the associate backward \(\psi\)-fractional linear system is approximately controllable. A new set of sufficient conditions are established by using semigroup theory, \(\psi\)-Hilfer fractional calculus and the Schauder's fixed point theorem. The authors have use the standard techniques to prove the result. Remark 1 is important for the readers to extend the result for the stochastic case.
