By using the fixed point theorem via contraction of the induced map, the existence and unqiuenss are derived for square-mean asymptotically almost periodic mild solutions of semilinear SPDEs, as second order nonautonomous stochastic evolution equations in Hilbert spaces. A concrete example is presented to illustrate the general result.
