The authors studied singularities formulation of complete Ricci flow solutions which is motivated by two applications: (A) improving the understanding of the behaviour of the essential blow-up sequence of Enders-Müller-Topping on non-compact manifolds; (B) obtaining further evidence in favor of the conjectured stability of generalized cylinders as Ricci flow singularity models.
