Let \(C_c(X)\) (resp., \(C_0(X)\)) be the space of real-valued continuous functions with compact support (resp., vanishing at infinity) in a locally compact Hausdorff space \(X\). The purpose of the authors is to provide Riesz representation theorems for positive linear functionals on \(C_c(X)\) and \(C_0(X)\) to positive linear operators from this latter spaces into a partially ordered vector space.
