This paper defines a locally finite graph for each classical knot and proves that its graph-isomorphism type is a complete knot invariant up to mirroring. Minimizing reliance on nontrivial tools, the authors observe that their proof of completeness ``is substantially more elementary, and self-contained'' than those of others for the previously known complete invariants.
