The author presents two variations of the periscope theorem. A periscope is a system of two mirrors which reflect rays of light having a fixed direction to rays having the same direction. The periscope theorem says that the local diffeomorphism of the fronts is gradient. The author considers a spherical periscope as well as a reversed periscope. In both problems, the author describes the local diffeomorphisms of the fronts.
