Oscillation criteria of Kneser-type for second-order half-linear advanced differential equations (Q2178689)

This paper deals with a second-order half-linear advanced differential equation of the form \[ \left( r(t)(y^{\prime }(t))^{\alpha }\right) ^{\prime }+q(t)y^{\alpha}(\sigma (t))=0,~t\geq t_{0}>0, \] where \(\alpha >0\) is a quotient of odd positive integers, \(r,q\) and \(\sigma \) are continuous positive functions on \([t_{0},\infty )\) and \(\sigma(t)\geq t\). Kneser-type oscillation theorems are proved for the given differential equation.
