Center manifolds for nonautonomous dynamics via evolution semigroups (Q2182850)

The authors investigate nonlinear dynamics with continuous time and their corresponding evolution semigroups. They construct center stable, center unstable and center invariant manifolds for a nonautonomous dynamics. To any nonuniformly exponentially bounded linear evolution family, the authors associate a strongly continuous evolution semigroup on some appropriate Banach space. This semigroup is then used for the characterization of the hyperbolicity of the evolution family, which implies a relation between the exponential stability of the original dynamics and the semigroup.
