Summary: We show that no tree on twenty vertices with maximum degree ten has Schur positive chromatic symmetric function, thereby providing a counterexample to a conjecture of \textit{S. Dahlberg} et al. [ibid. 27, No. 1, Research Paper P1.2, 22 p. (2020; Zbl 1431.05040)].
