This paper studies some properties of a class of first-order differential equations that contains the continuous analogous of the orthogonal polynomials on the unit-circle, and obtained some basic results on this kind of systems and their solutions, for instance the possible number of square-integrable solutions of the system, and a limit-point criteria for the twodimensional system of equations.
