    In the paper, the authors study the asymptotic stability of a quasi-linear impulsive systems of functional differential equations. New explicit tests are given by applications of the Banach fixed point theorem and a solution representation formula for linear ordinary differential equations. The obtained results are illustrated by many interesting examples.
