In this paper, the authors propose some new signature constructions using the so-called ``hidden discrete logarithm problem''. This paper is one of a series of paper using very similar ideas of ``hidden discrete logarithm problem''. Though, the paper is interesting from mathematical point of view but I do not think these scheme including the previous ones are indeed quantum-safe as claimed by the authors.
