On the discrete Orlicz electrostatic \(q\)-capacitary Minkowski problem (Q2211417)

The authors establish the existence of solutions to the Orlicz electrostatic \(q\)-capacitary Minkowski problem for polytopes in \({\mathbb R}^n\); as a by-product, they prove a new result on the discrete \(L_p\) electrostatic \(q\)-capacitary Minkowski problem for \(p < 0\) and \(1 < q < n\) (the case \(p=1\) is classical, the case \(p>1\) was recently solved, but the case \(0 \leq p < 1\) is still open).
