The aim of this paper is to study the well-posedness for some second-order degenerate equations with infinite delay with periodic boundary conditions. The operator coefficients are assumed to be closed. The authors use the Fourier-multiplier in UMD spaces to prove the well-posedness in Bessov spaces. Application is provided for some degenerate reaction-diffusion equation with infinite delay.
