\textit{R. Takahashi} et al. [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 213, No. 4, 582--600 (2009; Zbl 1160.13013)] introduced local cohomology module with respect to a pair of ideals. This local cohomology is a special case of local cohomology theory with respect to specialization-closed subsets of the Spec\((R)\). The paper under review deals with the local (co)-homology of complexes with respect to a pair of ideals.
