A Ricci soliton is a fixed point of the Ricci flow up to scaling and diffeomorphism. Τhe authors investigate biconformal deformations in the presence of a conformal foliation by curves, to study equivalence between 3-dimensional Ricci solitons. They show that a wide class of solitons are biconformally equivalent to the flat metric.
