More accurate weak majorization relations for the Jensen and some related inequalities (Q2250950)

This paper improves weak majorization relations for convex functions. The authors obtain more precise results than the weak majorization relations shown in [\textit{J. S. Aujla} and \textit{F. C. Silva}, Linear Algebra Appl. 369, 217--233 (2003; Zbl 1031.47007)]. As applications of the main results, the authors obtain some eigenvalue inequalities. Moreover, the authors apply them to log-convex functions, and they a obtain more precise weak majorization result for log-convex functions than the result shown in the above cited paper.
