\(C^{1,\gamma }\) regularity of free boundary for fully nonlinear non-homogeneous two-phase problems is proved. This result is obtained through an iterative improvement of flatness via a suitable compactness, linearization argument and due to Harnack-type inequality for ``flat'' solutions. The case when \(u^-\) is degenerate is considered.
