    The author is concerned with error estimates with weights for finite difference schemes related to 1D parabolic equations subject to mixed boundary conditions. The conclusion of this work is that the accuracy is higher at the bottom of the space-time rectangle as well as along the sides where the Dirichlet boundary condition is specified.
