The authors study a temperature dependent phase field model with memory. Section 1 is introductory while Section 2 deals with all the assumptions and Theorem 2.1 that is the main result of the paper. Section 3 recalls some basic definitions and certain auxiliary results. Sections 4 and 5 are devoted respectively to well-basedness and long-time behaviour.
