The main result of this paper establishes uniqueness of the simple vertex operator algebra of One-Zero type generated by Ising vectors of \(\sigma\)-type. Additionally, it is shown that the simplicity assumption can be dropped if the associated \(3\)-transposition group is isomorphic to the symmetric group \(S_n\) on \(n\) elements.
