Transformation of the problem of solution of bilevel Toeplitz systems to a polynomial system (Q2275953)

The paper presents the transformation of the problem of the solution of a bilevel Toeplitz system to a polynomial problem. The authors present a relation between the solution of a bilevel Toeplitz system \(Tu=g\) and the syzygies of the polynoms of two variables on mobile hyperplanes. They also define generators of the bilevel Toeplitz matrices using the corresponding modules of syzygies.
