This paper considers a linear system of differential equations with almost periodic coefficients and an associated system of random differential equations in which small independent white noise perturbations are added to the coefficients of the original system. A theorem is presented relating the Lyapunov exponents and the central exponents of the random system to the probability spectrum of the original system.
