Necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of positive solutions of a coupled system for reaction-diffusion equations (Q2279872)

Necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of positive solutions of a class of nonlinear singular reaction-diffusion systems of differential equations under reasonable conditions are obtained by a fixed point theorem and monotone iterative technique. Moreover, some uniqueness results of positive solution and an estimate of the convergence rate of the iterative sequence of solutions are also obtained.
