In this paper, the authors prove two optimal inequalities that relate the normalized scalar curvature with the generalized normalized Casorati curvatures for a real hypersurface in the complex quadric \(Q^m\). The proof is based on an optimization procedure involving a quadratic polynomial in the components of the second fundamental form. The equality cases are also discussed.
