The authors investigate the stability of solutions of a bilinear system with generalized actions and delay. A distinctive feature of the system under consideration is that a non-unique reaction is possible on the generalized actions. In this regard, the paper gives a formalization of the concept of stability of discontinuous solution tubes and two sufficient conditions are obtained that ensure the stability of discontinuous solution tubes.
