A Brouwer homeomorphism is an orientation-preserving homeomorphism of the plane onto itself with no fixed points, and a Brouwer flow is any flow that contains a Brouwer homeomorphism. Here analysis of parallelizable regions for such flows in a cover of the plane is used to find necessary and sufficient conditions for topological conjugacy of Brouwer flows.
