Andalò di Negro's \textit{De compositione astrolabii}: a critical edition with English translation and notes (Q2328148)

This is a critical edition of the Latin text of Andalò di Negro's \textit{De compositione astrolabii}, together with its English translation and commentary. It uses eight manuscripts to provide the most complete text ever published. Among other things, its interest lies in being ``one of the rare Latin texts presenting the principles of the stereographic projection which underlie the construction of the astrolabe.''
