An energy stable Runge-Kutta method for convex gradient problems (Q2332755)

This paper studied the gradient system with convex function or functional. The authors provided a theorem for Runge-Kutta methods to be unconditional energy stable, and presented the examples of Runge-Kutta methods up to fourth-order. The authors took the simple gradient flow as numerical experiment to show the numerical results by their methods.
