In a previous paper [ibid. 38, No. 1, 85--121 (2014; Zbl 1305.11092)] the author presented a method to find a minimal point adjacent to \(1\) in a reduced lattice \(R\) associated with a real cubic field of negative discriminant. Now he gives some improvements which simplify his method.
