In this paper, fractional-order Hopfield neural networks are studied. The authors present Mittag-Leffler stability analysis of such problem by means of second method of Lyapunov. Sufficient conditions for such stability are obtained and applied for the fractional-order Hopfield neural networks. Moreover, synchronization of such networks is provided. Numerical simulations of two examples illustrate the theoretical results obtained in the paper under consideration.
