The history of mean values is long and laden with detail. They are found to be useful in many branches of science and engineering. This article is a continuation of the [author, Aequationes Math. 88, No. 3, 277--289 (2014; Zbl 1305.26060)]. Here, the author organised in Section 2 the essential definitions and preliminary results of bi-variate means. The main results are established in Section 3, where several inequalities involving the mean under discussion are obtained. Also, computable bounds are derived. This paper is motivates for further research on means and inequalities.
