The authors discuss second order spline-wavelet decomposition. An algorithm to obtain spline-wavelet decomposition can be interpreted as a sequence of steps of removing certain grid nodes. It is known that the first order spline-wavelet decomposition is independent of the order of removing neighboring nodes of the initial grid. A similar result is obtained in the present paper for the second order spline-wavelet decomposition. It is proved that the corresponding decomposition operators are independent of the removal order of grid nodes.
