The author gives a centroaffine analogue of the approach to conformal invariants of curves in the sphere introduced by \textit{R. Langevin} and \textit{J. O'Hara} [Comment. Math. Helv. 85, No. 2, 273--312 (2010; Zbl 1213.53015)] using the canonical pseodu Riemannian metric on the space of circles.
