The authors study the stability of polynomial spline collocation methods for higher-order Volterra integro-differential equations. They study the behavior of the method as applied to the \(p\)th order test Volterra integro-differential equation. They also investigate some special cases as applications. Numerical examples are given to illustrate the method discussed.
